To ensure that your company meets the new requirements imposed by the Tax Authority and thus avoid potential fines, it is essential to enlist the support of a comprehensive ERP system that allows you to effortlessly and timely comply with all legal and tax obligations.
Certified by AT, the PHC CS management software helps companies respond to new legal measures scheduled for 2023:
Communication of the series of documents to the Tax Authority and ATCUD on the face of the invoices
THE QR Code is already a reality in tax-relevant documents. Starting January 1, 2023, this will also include the ATCUD.
To obtain the ATCUD you will have to communicate the documentary series to the Tax Authority. In other words, the ATCUD is the unique code that allows documents to be uniquely identified. It is the result of combining the invoice series validation code (assigned by the Tax Authority) with the document's sequential number. With PHC CS, you can communicate your series without leaving the software and automatically include the ATCUD on the face of the invoices.
Implementation of electronic invoicing with the inclusion of qualified digital signature
PDF invoices will continue to be accepted as electronic invoices until December 31, 2022. After this date, ensure the legality of your invoices by using a qualified digital signature. PHC CS Qualified Signatures allows you to comply with all the requirements that the electronic invoicing requires both companies and end consumers as well as billing to public entities.
Communication of inventories with the respective valuation of stocks
After several extensions, you will now be required to report the valued inventories for 2022. This means you must now indicate the value of your inventory.
